Open a new canvas sized 750x750 with a white background

Highlight the top layer-Open Frame 6-C/P-Resize it by 70%-Place it like mine-Click the inside of the frame using your magic wand tool-Modify-Expand by 10-Highlight the background layer-Open paper # 2-C/P-Resize by 70% and then again by 90%-Place it like mine-Invert-Delete-Select None

Highlight the top layer-Open the tube called Hope 4-C/P-Resize by 55%-Place like mine-Drop shadow it

Highlight raster 2-Open element called Tree-C/P-Resize it by 50%-Place it on the left side of the frame so that it looks like mine-Now using your eraser tool erase the parts that are sticking out of the frame-Drop shadow it

Highlight raster 5-C/P-Open the element called Cute Bunny-C/P-Resize it by 30%-Mirror it-Place it like mine-Drop shadow it

Highlight raster 1-Open the element called Ribbon 2-C/P-Rotate it to left by 90.00-Resize it by 50%-Place like mine-Duplicate it-Flip it-Mirror it-Then move it so it looks like mine-Merge them together-Drop shadow-Duplicate it-Mirror it-Merge them together

Highlight raster 1-Open the element called 5-C/P-Resize by 50%-Place like mine-Drop shadow it

Highlight raster 7-C/P-Open the element called Flower Pot-Resize by 40%-Place it like mine-Drop shadow it

Highlight raster 9-Open the elment called Cute Duck-C/P-Resize it by 40%-Place it like mine-Drop shadow it

Now Highlight the background layer-Apply mask-Merge group
