Tube-I am using a PTU tube called Alicia by Zebrush and you can get it here

Template-I am using a template from Toxic Desirez. I am using template #148 and you can get it here

Open your template-Delete the copyright info and the Dotted Circle layers-Plus the star layers

Highlight the Circle layer-Click on it with the magic wand tool-Modify-Contract by 30-Delete-Select None

Use these papers for this layers

Rectangle 1-pp #1-Resize it by 115%

Rectangle 2-pp #4

Circle-Click in the middle of the circle-Modify by 10-Highlight raster 2-Open paper # 10C/P-Invert-Delete-Now go back up to the Circle layer-Open paper # 5

Highlight raster 3-Open your tube-C/P-Resize by 60%-Duplicate the frame layer-Move the original so that it is under the tube layer-Using your eraser tool delete the parts of the tube that are hanging out from under the frame-Delete the part of the frame so that the tube is showing through like mine-Add a drop shadow to the tube layer and the original frame layer

Highlight the top layer-Open the element called Fuzzy Dice 2-C/P-Resize it by 60%-Place like mine-Drop shadow it

Highlight the top layer-Open the element called Bow2-C/P-Resize it by 60%-Place it like mine-Drop shadow it

Highlight the background layer-Apply mask-Merge Group

Highlight the top layer-Open the element called Sacred Heart-C/P-Resize it by 50%-Place it like mine-Drop shadow it

Highlight the top layer-Open the element called Emo Pup-C/P-Resize it by 45%-Place it like mine-Drop shadow it

Highlight the top layer-Open the element called Emo Kitty Cupcake-C/P-Resize it by 35%-Place it like mine-Drop shadow it

Highlight the top layer-Open the element called Flower 1-C/P-Resize it by 45%-Place it like mine-Drop shadow it

Highlight the top layer-Open the element called Lipstick-C/P-Resize it by 45%-Place it like mine-Drop shadow it
