Scrapkit-I am using a PTU kit called Emo-Licious from Scottish Butterfly and you can get it here

Tube-I am using a PTU tube called Emolution 21 by Very Many and you can get it here

Template-I am using template #138 from Becky and you can get it here

When ever you see these laters PLM or DS they mean Place like mine and Drop shadow

Open your template and the copyright info-The dark dot pattern and the light dot pattern

Use these papers for these layers

Now rename each layer-Raster 1, Raster 2 ect......

Highlight raster 8-Open your tube-C/P-Resize it by 50%-PLM-Highlight raster 9-Duplicate raster 9-Move the original raster 9 layer below the tube layer-Highlight the Copy of Raster 0 layer-Using your eraser tool and erase the parts of the frame so that the tube is showing through like mine-Highlight raster 11-Move it below Raster 8-Highlight the tube layer and delete the parts of the tube that are sticking out below the frame so that it looks like mine-Add a drop shadow to the tube layer-Now merge the Duplicate raster 9 layer and the tube layer and the original raster 9 layers together

Highlight raster 12-Open the Heart 4 element-C/P-Resize it by 50%-PLM-DS

Now highlight the White Background layer-Apply mask-Merge group-Go to Image-Resize it by 115%

Highlight the top layer-Open the Cat element-C/P-Resize it by 50%-PLM-DS

Highlight the top layer-Open the Lip Gloss element-C/P-Resize it by 40%-PLM-DS

Highlight the top layer-Open the Bag element-C/P-Resize it by 30%-PLM-DS

Highlight the top layer-Open the Flower 1element-C/P-Resize it by 30%-PLM-DS-Duplicate it-Mirror it-Flip it

Highlight the top layer-Open the Sparkles element-C/P-Move them up and to the right just a bit-Duplicate them-Mirror them-Merge them together-Duplicate again-Flip them-Merge them again

Now just add your name and copyright as well as the licence number for the tube you are using.
