Highlight raster 4-Open the Cityscape element-C/P-Resize by 85%-Place it like mine-Drop shadow it

Highlight the background layer-Apply Mask-Merge Group

Highlight the top layer-Open the Chair element-C/P-Resize by 70%-Place like mine-Drop shadow it
