Open your template-Highlight raster 1-Flood fill it with white-Delete the Bubbles layer

Highlight raster 7-Open element 13-C/P-Place on the left side of the canvas like mine-Duplicate it-Mirror it-Merge them together-Drop shadow

Highlight raster 4-Open element 83-C/P-Resize it by 60%-Place it like mine-Drop shadow

Highlight raster 8-Open element 99-C/P-Resize it by 90%-Place it like mine-Drop shadow

Highlight raster 7-Open element 93-C/P-Resize it by 90%-Mirror it-Place it like mine-Drop shadow

Highlight the top layer-Open element 2-C/P-Place it like mine-Drop shadow

Highlight the top layer-Open element 79-C/P-Resize it by 30%-Place it like mine-Drop shadow

Now just add your mask and name and yuor done
