Open a new canvas sized 650x650 with a white background

Open frame #5-C/P-Resize it by 80%-Click inside the frame using your magic wand tool-Highlight the background layer-Modify-Expand by 15-Open paper #12-C/P-Invert-Delete-Select None

Highlight raster 2-Open your tube-C/P-Resize by 60%-Place it under the frame layer like mine-Delete anything hanging out of the bottom of the frame like her legs-Now highlight the frame layer-Duplicate it-Move the original layer below your tube layer-Highlight the duplicated frame layer and delete all of the top so that it looks like mine-Add a drop shadow to the tube layer only

Highlight the top layer-Open the element called Sand12-C/P-Resize by 70%-Duplicate it-Mirror it-Merge them together-Rotate a bit to the left-Place it like mine

Highlight raster 3-Open the element called Summer Surf Boards-C/P-Resize by 50%-Place like mine-Rotate a bit to the right-Add drop shadow

Highlight raster 6-Open the element called Palm Tree 3-C/P-Resize by 70%-Place it on the left side of the canvas like mine-Duplicate it-Mirror it-Merge them together-Drop shadow it

Highlight the top layer-Open the element called Fernleaves-C/P-Resize by 60%Place it on the left side of the canvas-Duplicate it-Mirror it-Move the mirrored layer a bit to the right like mine-Merge them together-Drop shadow it

Highlight the top layer-Open the element called A_Flower-C/P-Resize by 35%-Place it on the right side of the canvas like mine-Duplicate it-Mirror it-Merge them together-Add a drop shadow to it

Highlight raster 8-Open the element called Flipflops-C/P-Resize by 35%-Rotate it a bit to the right-Place it like mine-Drop shadow

Highlight the background layer-Apply Mask-Merge Group

Highlight raster 10-Open the element called Drink-C/P-Resize by 70%-Place like mine-Drop shadow

Now just add your copyright and name
