Open a new canvas sized 650x650 with a white background

Open Frame2-C/P-Click inside the frame with your magic wand tool-Modify-Expand by 20-Highlight the background layer-Open paper #8-C/P-Invert-Delete-Select None

Highlight the top layer-Open your tube-C/P-Now Highlight the Frame layer-Duplicate it-Move it so that it is above the tube layer-Delete the parts on the top of the duplicated frame so that it looks like mine-Now do the same thing to the bottom of the tube so that it looks like mine-DS the tube and the original frame layer

Make the background layer Imvisible-Merge Visible-Make the background layer active agian-Now Apply your mask-merge group

Highlight the top layer-Open the Flower3 element-C/P-Resize it by 50%-PLM-Open the Flower4 element-C/P-Resize it by 40%-PLM-Merge the two together-DS

Highlight the top layer-Open the Emo Kitty element-C/P-Resize it by 60%-PLM-DS

Highlight the top layer-Open the Goblet element-C/P-Resize it by 50%-PLM-DS

Hightlight the top layer-Open the Cupcake2 element-C/P-Resize it by 35%-PLM-DS

Highlight the top layer-Open the Zheart1 element-C/P-Resize it by 50%-Rotate it a bit to the left-PLM-DS

Highlight the top layer-Open the Nailpolish element-C/P-Resize it by 60%-PLM-DS

Highlight the top layer-Open the Lipstick element-C/P-Resize it by 50%-PLM-DS

Highlight the top layer-Open the Butterfly element-C/P-Resize it by 50%-Place it in the upper left side of the canvas-Duplicate it-Resize the Duplicated one by 90%-Mirror it-PLM-Merge all both together-DS
