Supplies Needed

Scrapkit-I am using a FTU kit called Cowgirl Outlaw and you can get it here

**Plugins Used**
Alien Skin Xenofex 2-Constellation

Let's get started!!!!!

Open your template-Delete the credits layer

Use these papers for these layers

Main Background-pp# 5
Top and Bottom Foreground-pp# 2
Bottom Dots-Add new raster layer-Floodfill with this color #420000
Top Dots-Add new raster layer-Floodfill with this color #420000
Bottom Dark Grey Wavey Line-pp# 3
Top Dark Grey Wavey Line-pp# 3
Bottom White Wavey Line-pp# 5
Top White Wavey Line-pp# 5

Highlight raster 5-Goto Adjust-Add/Romove Noise-Add Noise....Use these settings

Highlight the top layer-Open your tube-C/P-Resize it by 70%-Place it like mine-Highlight raster 1-Select All-Float-Defloat-Highlight your tube layer-Invert-Delete-Select None-Add a drop shadow to it

Highlight the top layer-Open the Cactus element-C/P-Resize it by 45%-Place like mine-Drop shadow it

Highlight the top layer-Open the EMBELLISMENT element-C/P-Resize it by 20%-Place it like mine-Drop shadow it

Highlight raster 5-Open the Embellisment 2 element-C/P-Resize it by 30%-Flip it-Place it in the far upper right hand corner like mine-Duplicate-Mirror it-Flip it so that it looks like mine-Merge them-Add a drop shadow to it

Highlight raster 10-Open the SD CO WA element-C/P-Resize it by 70%-Place it like mine-Drop shadow it

Now we are going to add our name and copyright info before we move on to the Animation part of this tutorial

Highlight raster 1-Goto Effects-Plugins-Alien Skin Xenofex 2-Constellation....Use these settings

Open Animation Shop-Go back to Paintshop-Highlight raster 1 with the Constellation settings you just put on it-Copy it-Go over to Animation Shop-Paste As New Animation

Now go back over to Paintshop-Edit-Undo Constellation

Highlight raster 1-Goto Effects-Plugins-Alien Skin Xenofex 2-Constellation....Now use these settings

Now highlight raster 1-Copy it-Go over to Animation Shop-Paste After Current Frame

Now go back over to Paintshop-Edit-Undo Constellation

Highlight raster 1-Goto Effects-Plugins-Alien Skin Xenofex 2-Constellation....Now for the thirs time use these settings

Now highlight raster 1-Copy it-Go over to Animation Shop-Paste After Current Frame

Now go back to Paintshop-Make raster 1 invisible-Click on the top layer-Merge Visible-Copy the merged layer-Go over to Animation Shop-Paste As New Animation-Make sure the layer is active-Duplicate it 2 time so that you should now have three frames

Now goto Edit-Select All-Then Edit-Copy-Goto the Animation background we made earlier in Animation Shop-Make sure it's active-Goto Edit-Select All-Edit again-Paste Into Selected Frame-Click on it to paste it in the tag

Now goto View-Animation-You should now see how your animation looks-If it looks good save it and your done!!!!
