Scrapkit used is called Sweet Irish Island from Bibi’s Collection and it it a PTU kit
Tube I am using is a PTU one and is called Leprikon Girl by Lady Mishka and you can get it here
Template: I am using template number 11 and you can get it here

Open your template-Delete the copyright info
Highlight the Backing layer-Click on it with your magic wand tool-Open pp#3-C/P-Invert-Delete it-Select None-Delete the original layer-Drop shadow
Highlight the Vertical Strip layer-Click on it with your magic wand tool-Open pp#5-C/P-Invert-Delete it-Select None-Delete the original layer-Drop shadow
Highlight the Horizontal Strip layer-Click on it with your magic wand tool-Open pp#5-C/P-Invert-Delete it-Select None-Delete the original layer-Drop shadow
Highlight the top layer-Open your tube-C/P-Resize it by 60%-Place it like mine-Drop shadow
Highlight raster 4-Open element 44-C/P-Place like mine-Drop shadow
Highlight raster 2-Open element 47-C/P-Resize it by 70%-Place like mine-Drop shadow
Highlight the top layer-Open element 59-C/P-Resize by 40%-Place it like mine-Drop Shadow
Highlight raster 2-Open element 57-C/P-Resize by 30%-Place like mine-Drop shadow
Highlight raster 5-Open element 61-C/P-Resize by 70%-Place like mine-Drop shadow
Highlight top layer-Open element 54-C/PResize by 50%-Mirror it-Place like mine-Drop shadow
Highlight background layer-Apply mask-Merge group
