Scrapkit-I am using a PTU kit called Wanna Lick by Amy Marie and you can get it here

Tube-I am using a PTU tube called Ice_Babe from VeryMany and you can get it here

Template-I am using template #416 from Missy over at Divine Intentionz and you can get it here

Font Used-"Argor Got Scaqh" This is a FTU font and you can find it on any free font sites

Open your template-Delete the copyright info, Thin Rectangle 1 and 2, and Stars 1 and 2 and the Sqaure 2 layers

Highlight raster 5-Open your tube-C/P-Resize by 50%-Place like mine-Highlight raster 6-Duplicate it-Move the original raster 6 layer below the tube layer-Highlight the Duplicated Raster 6 layer-Erase part of the frame that is covering the tubes head so it looks like mine-Highlight the tube layer and delete the part that is hanging out of the bottom of the frame-Add a drop shadow to the original frame layer and to the tube layer-Merge both frame layers and the tube layer together

Highlight raster 5-Open the Sparkles element-C/P-Place it in the upper left hand corner of the frame like mine-Duplicate it-Mirror it-Merge them together-Duplicate it-Flip it-Mirror it

Highlight raster 3-Open the element called Fam1-C/P-Resize it by 40%-Place it like mine in the left circle-Delete the parts that are hanging out-Duplicate it-Move the duplicated layer down so that it is right above raster 9-Mirror it-Drop shadow both layers

Highlight the top layer-Open the Rase1 element-C/P-Resize by 40%-Place it in the left circle like mine-Open the Rase2 element-C/P-Resize by 30%-Place it like mine in the left circle-Duplicate Rose2-Move it down so that it is right above raster 8-Add a drop shadow to all three rase layers-Merge them together-Duplicate it-Mirror it-Merge them together

Highlight the top layer-Open the Butterfly1 element-C/P-Resize by 30%-Mirror itPlace it like mine-Duplicate it-Resize it by 90%-Place it like mine-Duplicate the duplicated layer-Resize it by 90%-Mirror it-Place it like mine-Merge them all together-Drop shadow it

Highlight the top layer-Open the Ribbon 3 element-C/P-Now before you resize it we are going to type in the words "Wanna Lick Babe" using this font "Argor Got Scaqh"-After you type it out rotate it so it looks like mine-Drop shadow the font-Merge it with the ribbon layer-Now we are going to resize it by 70%-Place it like mine-Drop shadow it

Highlight the top layer-Open divacupcake2 element-C/P-Resize by 30%-Place it on the left side of the canvas like mine-Drop shadow it-Duplicate it-Mirror it-Merge them together

Highlight the top layer-Open the element called Icecream Cone 1-C/P-40%-Rotate it a bit to the left-Place like mine-Drop shadow it

Highlight the top layer-Open the element called Lolli 1-C/P-Resize it by 30%-Rotate it a bit to the right-Place like mine-Drop shadow it

Now merge all visiable layers-Resize them by 90%-Highlight the background layer-Make it visible-Apply Mask-Merge group

Now just add your name and copyright info
